Festaz/Onemotion uses the collected data to provide the requested service. The collected data is shared with the company that ultimately provides the service on-site. To avoid capacity issues on the provider’s part that would lead to an unsatisfactory outcome for the customer, the request is also shared with a second provider in some cases. If a customer submits multiple requests through our websites, each request (including options or alternatives) is treated as a separate request. The data is shared only with the relevant providers and will not be disclosed or sold to other external parties without the customer’s express permission, unless Festaz/Onemotion is required to do so by a court order. These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy are governed by Dutch law.

To ensure this, the data provided by users is shared with the event provider so that requested quotes can be transmitted as quickly as possible and in the correct format. Festaz/Onemotion acts neither as an organizer nor as a third party and is therefore not liable for any damages that may occur before, during, or after the event. Festaz/Onemotion strongly recommends that all users carefully review the quotes presented by service providers before booking.
