Team-Building for Large Groups: More Than 20, 50, 100, 200, or 500 People

Are you looking for a team-building event for a large group? We’d be happy to help you with our offerings in Germany. Do you already have an idea of the group’s size? We have several beautiful locations for larger groups where you can participate in various activities and work on effective team building in a wonderfully relaxed setting. All of this can, of course, be combined with delicious snacks and drinks. Do you have a young team that’s still finding its footing and therefore needs a more active outing with your company? That’s also possible in various German cities. How about beautiful Düsseldorf, just across the border from Venlo? Or historic Berlin, which offers plenty of culture for a lovely stroll through the city? A visit to Frankfurt, followed by a meal of sauerkraut and bratwurst together? Or would you prefer a city like Nuremberg or Dortmund? Or the unique and well-known Cologne? All of these cities have charming city centers and a rich history, making them ideal for a wonderful company outing with a large group! We wish you a rewarding and enjoyable company outing.

Creative Team-Building Activities for Large Groups

Anyone who thinks team building consists solely of endless PowerPoint presentations on “synergy effects” has clearly never tried to build a raft with 100 coworkers at the same time—only to discover that no one knows how to tie a knot. This is exactly where the magic of team-building activities for large groups lies: pure chaos, loud laughter, and, in the end, a success that no one can quite explain—but that’s guaranteed to be the talk of the office for months to come. Imagine this: your boss at archery practice, completely focused… and then he doesn’t even hit the target. Meanwhile, the intern hits the bullseye with every single arrow—probably because she’s been secretly binge-watching Robin Hood. Or the accounting team, which loses mercilessly in a quiz round because no one really knew that Elvis wasn’t from Berlin (spoiler: he wasn’t). Large-group team-building shakes up every hierarchy as reliably as a fan in a filing cabinet—and that’s exactly what makes it so appealing.

Whether there are 50, 100, or 200 participants: the trick is to choose activities that challenge everyone but also leave enough room for mishaps, creative excuses, and that one coworker who always wants to “quickly Google” everything. City games, outdoor challenges, or massive escape rooms are perfect for finding out who keeps a cool head in stressful situations—and who immediately yells “Pizza!” And in the end? Large team-building events aren’t just about working better together. They’re also about collecting stories that you’ll later share with a laugh over coffee. Because when 200 coworkers try to fly a kite at the same time, the team that wins isn’t the one with the best technique—it’s the one that manages not to turn the string into a 50-meter macramé knot.

Besides Germany, there are many other wonderful places for an original team-building event, even for larger groups. How about a lovely walk on the beach along the Dutch coast, where your employees can get to know each other better in a relaxed setting? And then warm up with a snack and a drink at a cozy beach bar? Or just across the border, in beautiful Belgium, you can also enjoy the lovely natural scenery and combine it with the Belgian-Burgundian way of dining! Are you planning a company outing and do you have the time and budget to travel a bit further from home? Then Europe has so much more to offer! For example, chauvinistic France, passionate Spain, or laid-back Italy. All boast wonderful cultures and traditional customs, combined with pleasant temperatures. It’s the perfect opportunity for your employees to unwind and for you to bring them closer together so they can work together toward a bright future for the company! It’s a win-win for everyone! And that’s exactly what we wish for you: an unforgettable company outing for everyone! We hope you find plenty of inspiration and have lots of fun on your next company outing!
