A team-building activity can help the team work together more effectively. And your colleagues will get to know each other in a new way (see also Bachelor Party in Berlin). If you’re looking for a group activity for your team-building event in Berlin, Potsdam, Eberswalde, Rüdersdorf, Falkensee, Oranienburg, or Brandenburg an der Havel, we’d be happy to help. We’d like to suggest a range of options. Have you always wanted to take part in a cocktail workshop? Or would you prefer a salsa workshop? And what do you think of a city game in Berlin or Potsdam? It’s sure to be a great experience. Be sure to enjoy the region as well. Visit beautiful Potsdam with Sanssouci Palace and take a stroll along Lake Templin. Or discover Lake Werbellin near Eberswalde and the vast Schorfheide forest. In Rüdersdorf, there’s a large open-air industrial museum (dedicated to the limestone industry). And what do you think of the beautiful Oranienburg Palace? Or how about having a beer in the old town of Brandenburg an der Havel? Choose a workshop or activity in the Berlin region below and enjoy a wonderful experience. Together with the entire team, we wish you a lunch or evening filled with plenty of inspiration.

Berlin is a city where almost anything is possible—and that’s exactly why it’s the perfect place for an unforgettable team-building event or corporate gathering. Between the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, the government district, and the countless cozy cafés and trendy neighborhoods, there’s something to discover around every corner. Even if the team happens to get lost, it usually just looks like sightseeing. No sooner are the groups divided up than the friendly competition begins. The coworker who usually only speaks up in meetings suddenly declares himself team captain. The strategist sketches out a plan that looks suspiciously like a subway map, and somewhere, someone is bound to say, “I know Berlin like the back of my hand.” Five minutes later, Google Maps is opened anyway.
Whether it’s a city scavenger hunt, an escape game, a mystery event, or an outdoor challenge—Berlin offers the perfect backdrop for exciting team activities. It quickly becomes clear who solves puzzles, who prefers to debate, and who always starts every decision with “I have a better idea.” Whether that idea is actually better usually only becomes clear after the team has run all the way across the neighborhood. Of course, ambition is a must. Every clue solved is celebrated as if the team had just won the Berlin Marathon. Every wrong answer, on the other hand, is explained with impressive creativity: “That was on purpose,” “We wanted to confuse the competition,” or the classic: “Actually, we had exactly the same solution.”
But Berlin surprises not only with exciting challenges but also with its diversity. Historic landmarks meet modern architecture, green parks meet lively streets, and quiet courtyards meet the pulsating life of the big city. It’s precisely this mix that makes every corporate event varied—and ensures that even the walk to the next task never gets boring. In the end, it hardly matters which team scored the most points. Much more exciting is the story of the coworker who was convinced he could always see the TV tower but still ended up walking in the opposite direction. Or the story of the group that “just wanted to grab a quick coffee” but was gone for a surprisingly long time.
