At the center of it all is a mysterious box full of puzzling cases. Behind every lock lies a new challenge, a tricky puzzle, or a task that requires ingenuity, teamwork, and—occasionally—patience. Especially when a coworker is convinced that “1234” must be the right code.

Of course, Bad Santa has thrown in a few nasty surprises. Cross-team challenges ensure that everyone really has to think on their feet. Discuss, put two and two together, try things out—and try not to lose the Christmas spirit in the process—that’s exactly what it’s all about.
